Wonderful
When I checked in there was some issue with cleanliness in the room. After informing the front desk they immediately sent the housekeeping and along came their manager Ms. Harbi, she profusely apologised and during my stay the guest relation called me almost daily to check if everything was fine. Shout out to Mr. Osama at front desk for always being ready with the local information.
Restaurant at the premises is overly expensive but a lot of food options at walking distance from hotel.

Swift and Nice Stay
The location is amazing. Specious room (it was a suite in fact). Friendly staff members.
The hotel in general requires a massive maintenance project, but I can live with its current situation.

Excellent place to stay.
We had very good stay at Ramada hotel. Lovely staff, called everyday to ask if everything is okay. The best thing was we requested for late check out and we didn't even pay. Friendly staff at the reception.
Hotel guests should stop smoking on hallways. Hoping the room on the first floor that is renovated to be completed soon so that guest can enjoy quiet rooms.
